The radioulnar joint (what we call the "forearm") is made up by two different points where the two bones in the forearm - the radius and ulna - touch, with the proximal (top) point being just past the elbow, and the distal (bottom) point being just before the wrist. These points allow you to rotate the radius and ulna around each other, enabling the following movements:

Forearm Supination
Externally rotating your forearm to a "palm-up" position
Forearm Pronation
Internally rotating your forearm to a "palm-down" position
