However, I will recommend watching the videos carefully before each training session (which can be tough while in the gym).
Anyway the results have been, great. Very happy with how this is catapulted me forward, even though I don't have a specific goal in mind. I don't have before pictures, so it's hard to compare, but I was tall (6'4"), slightly out of shape, but trim. I'm now much more defined in my shoulders, back, chest and arms. Staying right at 200lbs., but trading fat for muscle, and trimmer in my waist 31-32 from 33-34. Eating has never been an issue for me, but I have upped my protein quite a bit. I just turned 49. Looking forward to other programs as they come available!"

"In 2017 I strained/tore my left pec major which led to shoulder/ rotator cuff (supraspinatus) injuries. Over the next year I tried to rehabilitate my chest and shoulder injuries with limited to no success. Every time I tried to break the 200lbs mark my old injuries flared up. My left pec had developed atrophy and loss of mind muscle connection and remained in this state for 3 years. I knew I needed help so after a while I took the leap of faith and tried an online coaching program. Turns out it was not a good program for me, and I wasn't getting the help I needed correcting my form or lack of mind muscle connection. Once again I became injured before reaching my desired strength goals.
This year I decided to start doing my own homework. I was tired of always hurting after my workouts, or feeling exhausted to the point of collapse. It was recommended that I study anatomy and biomechanics to learn how to think for myself. In my studies I came across Dr. Gains content, and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. An explanation of how the muscles are designed to move with visual aids to help connect that information to real life situations in the gym. I watched his videos on triceps and shoulders and started my strength training there. After 2 weeks of only training triceps and shoulders I began to feel very strong and stable in those movements, so I began training for bench press with his form tips.
When I found his videos on chest origins and insertions, I stopped training on the bench and began using bands to work all the angles. Focusing on peak contraction for each movement with a 10 second hold, one set each per day. After the second day I noticed a pump developing in my left pec on the inside under the collarbone. It was the first time in years my left pec started to match my right pec (until the pump wore off). A few days of training and I could feel the power, and pretty soon I broke my long awaited PR goal of 225!
My progress is just beginning again, but with the knowlege from Dr. Gains videos I feel very comfortable and these movements actually make sense. I am already breaking plateaus I have previously been unable to overcome. I just want to thank him for taking the time to make these videos and explain the medical standpoint in a way the average fitness enthusiast can digest. Many people pay thousands of dollars for somebody to do their homework for them, and their physique often reflects that issue. He are a great teacher and I look forward to all the content he has in store for this community!"
