Once you're accepted into this one-of-a-kind coaching experience, we'll schedule a weekend that you'll have several hours of uninterrupted availability (typically on a Saturday) where I will FLY OUT to meet with you in person!

Here are some highlights of what we'll do while I'm there:

We'll do a comprehensive analysis of your physical fitness, including any existing or previous injuries or surgeries.

We'll go together to the location(s) that you work out in, where I'll document all the equipment along with the gym layout in order to best optimize the routines I'll be putting together for you.

I'll have you perform some basic compound exercises so that I can analyze your form, and diagnose any existing imbalances or detrimental tendencies for future reference.

I'll also assess your current skill level and familiarity with various exercises, training methods, anatomy, fitness terminology, etc. so that I can structure your routines and how I phrase and give instructions accordingly.

We'll go over the results of your blood work labs (which I will have had you do beforehand) with a particular emphasis on anabolic hormone status, which I'll then use to put together a personalized supplement schedule for you.

We'll also go over the results of the body composition scan I will have had you do beforehand.

We'll also go over the results of the DNA test I will have had you do beforehand, which will provide some helpful information on what type of training and nutrition is best suited for your genetic profile (we may or may not actually follow the recommendations of that test, depending on factors such as your goals and how accurate you deem those results to be based on past experience).

We'll then sit down and establish a set of health & fitness goals for you that are aggressive and ambitious enough to trigger the necessary desire and excitement, but that I also believe are possible to achieve within a 10-week period.

I will then analyze your current diet and eating habits, and create a general nutrition plan for you moving forward based on the specific goals we made for you (i.e. the relative amount of muscle you want to gain versus fat you want to lose, etc.)

We'll go through your living spaces and daily habits, and implement various neuroscience-based methods that are proven to enhance subconscious goal pursuit.

We'll make a list of the potential obstacles that may come up and prevent you from achieving your goals, and make specific plans for how we'll address each obstacle if it comes up.

We'll work together to create an effective 1-5 minute meditation mantra.

I'll get your travel schedule for the following 10 weeks so that I can create personalized routines based on the time that you'll have available, and the equipment you will or won't have access to. (I can always adjust as necessary when unexpected trips come up or something similar.)

We'll establish a set time moving forward for a weekly live (video) training session where we'll go over your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your regimen, and go over any questions that may have come up or go over anything else you may want to discuss. (If we deem it necessary for your success, we may set up additional calls on top of the weekly sessions.)

Every single workout session I create for you for the entire time we work together will be fully customized for YOU based on all the data that I gather from all the above, and on the feedback and results we see during our weekly video meetings.

As I mentioned above, these are just some of the highlights that I do with every TBT partner. It's not a complete list, since everyone is different and I completely customize this experience to fit your unique situation, needs, and goals.

The TBT experience includes at least 10 weeks of coaching and training (see Goal-Achievement Guarantee).

Those will typically start 1 week after the Initiation, so that I have time to craft the first couple weeks of your workouts. However, you can start implementing the other action items we will have put together right away.

Every single workout session I create for you for the entire time we work together will be fully customized for YOU based on all the data that I gather throughout the Initiation process, and on the feedback and results we see during our weekly video meetings. (You get to keep all those workouts for life as well!)

In addition to those weekly meetings, you'll have my personal phone number so that we can stay in touch via text or WhatsApp. You can reach out to me as often as you want with any questions, updates, suggestions, etc. I will frequently send you motivational quotes and messages as well, along with anything else I may think of or encounter throughout the week that I believe may benefit you.

If you're ever unsure whether or not you're doing an exercise correctly or using proper form, you simply record yourself doing it and send the video to me, and I'll give you specific feedback.

Again, this is not a complete list, because each one of you is different and will have your own unique circumstances, needs, and goals. The point of this TBT experience is that I will be there for you and will do and provide everything in my power to ensure that you achieve your fitness goals!!!

My guarantee is simple. I guarantee that we will achieve the goals we establish for you during the Initiation. If that doesn't happen within the original 10-week period, I will continue to work with you until we do!

For this guarantee to apply, you must:

• Complete the workouts I assign you as instructed

• Follow the nutrition plan I create for you (it's never very restrictive — I only believe in well-balanced diets that can be sustained for life) 

• Follow the supplement schedule I set for you

Payment Terms: 10% deposit due upon acceptance into the TBT Experience. The remainder is due in full before I fly out to you.
